Description:
ECOIL-6811 is an organophosphonic acid salt.
Applications:
ECOIL-6811 is a water soluble corrosion inhibitor designed to prevent oxygen related corrosion in water based drilling muds, aerated drilling fluids and in mist or foam drilling applications.
Dose:
For mist drilling, ECOIL-6811 should be diluted 3 to 4 times in water before being added to water during fluid preparation. Typical rates are 0.25 - 0.75% based on water in a mixing tank.
