Concentrated Corrosion Inhibitor
Description:
ECOIL-2051 is a concentrated mixture of aliphatic and heterocyclic amines.
Applications:
ECOIL-2051 is a concentrated amine for the formulation of water or oil based corrosion inhibitors. It is also used as a corrosion inhibitor against hydrogen sulfide in drilling muds.
In addition, uses of ECOIL-2051 include use as a neutralizing amine to form salts for water-soluble corrosion or scale inhibitors for water flooding, filling fluids, etc.
Dose:
ECOIL-2051 is grouped or added continuously in drilling mud systems directly or diluted in alcohol / aromatic solvent.
In boiler water treatment, ECOIL-2051 is added continuously alone or in combination with volatile amines.
In the production of corrosion inhibitors, ECOIL-2051 is used together with quaternaries and other surfactants.
