ECOIL-4051
Concentrated Corrosion Inhibitor
Description:
ECOIL-4051 is a combination of amine-based inhibitors, quaternary ammonium compounds and sulfite oxygen scavengers.
Applications:
ECOIL-4051 can be used in all fresh water and brine based (ring) packer inhibitors. If the treatment water contains calcium levels above 10,000 ppm, the solubility of the product in brine should be checked.
ECOIL-4051 is considered a concentrated product. It should be diluted 3 to 4 times in water. ECOIL-4051 can also be diluted in alcohol/water and alcohol/glycol if necessary.
Dose:
ECOIL-4051 is generally treated in batches at a rate of 5 to 10 liters per cubic meter of water. (1/2 to 1 ½ gallons per 10 barrels).
