ECOIL-3751
Concentrated Corrosion Inhibitor
Description:
ECOIL-3751 is a concentrated mixture of amines, amido-amines, volatile amines and surfactants.
Applications:
ECOIL-3751 is a unique amine concentrate that provides excellent corrosion inhibition in a wide range of applications, especially in gas transportation systems.
It is effective in both sweet (carbon dioxide only) and acidic (hydrogen sulfide) systems.
ECOIL-3751 does not produce guns, does not emulsify or foam, which makes it ideal for gas collection and distribution systems.
Dose:
Typically, formulations with ECOIL-3751 will be diluted three to four times in kerosene for distribution in the oil and gas phases, heavy aromatic naphtha for solubility in additional oil or alcohol for dispersion in water.
Application rates will depend on the severity of the corrosive elements in the system being treated.
