Description:
ECOIL-714 is an imidazoline corrosion inhibitor soluble in high oil based concentrated hydrocarbon.
Applications:
ECOIL-714 can be used in formulations for oil field and refinery applications.
ECOIL-714 is a concentrate that can be diluted in aromatic solvents such as heavy aromatic naphtha, kerosene and xylene/toluene.
ECOIL-714 is insoluble in water, but can be made dispersible in water by adding surfactants or making a salt with acetic acid. ECOIL-714 salts are typically more dispersible in water than imidazolines not modified.
Dose:
The optimum dosage will depend on the mixture of the formula and the field conditions being treated.
